PROCESSING TIME
Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of Monday. All expedited priority orders must be placed by 12 noon (PST) to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING
All orders ship with tracking numbers via USPS First Class. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit with the USPS. If you require purchase insurance for orders under $50 please email us and we will be happy to take care of that for you. After your item ships you will receive a confirmation email and the tracking number.

If you are ordering from outside of the US, please contact us at cheers@oenobeauty.com with your order and we can prepare your order and shipping quote. For international orders, please be pay attention to your own country’s customs regulations. We cannot be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage for international orders.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Oeno Beauty purchase, please return it for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. Email cheers@oenobeauty.com for all customer service inquiries regarding return policy.
